About the role

As an Insurance Sales Representative at Gonzalez Agency, you'll work with warm leads to help families and small business owners find the right life, health, and supplemental coverage. You'll be backed by a senior mentor, a proven sales process, and a portfolio of top-rated carriers.

We don't believe in cold-calling marathons or pressure tactics. We believe in listening, qualifying, and building real relationships — because in insurance, your reputation is your pipeline.

What you'll do

  • Connect with inbound and agency-sourced leads to understand their coverage needs.
  • Quote, present, and write policies across multiple carriers.
  • Follow up consistently and build a referral-driven book of business.
  • Maintain accurate notes and a clean CRM pipeline.
  • Hit weekly activity goals; own your monthly production targets.

What we're looking for

  • Driven, coachable, and accountable — sales experience is a plus, not a requirement.
  • Strong communicator, both written and on the phone.
  • Comfortable working remotely and managing your own day.
  • Active life & health insurance license preferred — if you don't have one, we'll help you get licensed.
  • Eligible to work in the U.S.
